A Vision Born from Passion
Four passionate student entrepreneurs - Albert Aguilo, Ma. Angelica Denaque, Marvin John Fuentes, and Junniette Guir - came together with a shared vision: to become a leading producer of eco-innovative fiber products that promote sustainability and environmental awareness throughout the Philippines.
We recognized that coconut coir and dried leaves, sourced from local farmers and coconut plantations in Davao, represent untapped potential. Rather than viewing these as waste, we saw them as the foundation for creating beautiful, sustainable products.
Empowering Communities Through Craftsmanship
Our mission is to transform natural waste materials into stylish, sustainable products while empowering local communities and artisans. We provide livelihood opportunities that celebrate traditional Filipino craftsmanship and preserve cultural heritage.
Through partnerships with schools, Local Government Units (LGUs), and local artisans in Davao City, we create economic opportunities while promoting environmental consciousness and sustainable production methods that benefit present and future generations.
Our Handcrafted Process
Each EcoCoir product is meticulously created through a systematic, eco-friendly process. We collect premium coconut coir fiber and dried leaves, clean and prepare them, extract and process the materials, craft innovative designs, conduct rigorous quality control, and package everything with care using biodegradable materials.
This careful approach ensures every product meets our high standards for durability, functionality, and aesthetic appeal. The natural textures and unique patterns celebrate the organic beauty of our materials, making each piece one-of-a-kind.
